Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
